The purpose of the conference is to finalise the Spring Alliance Manifesto. Currently, a consolidated text is being prepared, based on the inputs from the working groups. We will present the text at the conference and discuss it with a panel of representatives from both civil society and business.  The conference will be the last opportunity to contribute to the Manifesto before it is adopted and the second phase of our campaign begins – to persuade the Commission and European Parliament to take up our ideas for a green and social Europe.
